Toronto uses three streams: Blue (recycling), Green (organics), and Black (garbage). Rinse recyclables, tie garbage bags, and use compostable liners for organics. Sort correctly to avoid city fines.
Bin room is behind the building. Place recycling and organics out on Sunday night; garbage goes out Monday night. If bins are full, let us know via the Support form.
Laundry is located on the lower level. Please remove items promptly after cycles and avoid laundry after 11:00 PM. Clean the lint trap after each use.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Keep hallways quiet at all times. Guests are welcome; overnight guests should be registered for safety.
TMTS is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping inside units or near entrances/windows. Please avoid heavy incense or strong scents in common areas.
Use a PRESTO card to tap on subways, buses, and streetcars. Buy/reload at Shoppers Drug Mart or subway stations. Plan trips with Google Maps or the TTC website.
Bring warm coat, waterproof boots with grip, hat and gloves. Keep salt by the door, and allow extra travel time on heavy snow days.
Metro (short walk) for everyday staples. Loblaws/Longo's/Whole Foods are close by for expanded selection. Many stores offer delivery via apps.
For non-emergencies, use a walk-in clinic. Emergency? Call 911. Prescriptions and minor care at Shoppers or Rexall pharmacies.
Easy prepaid options from Freedom, Fido, Koodo, Public Mobile. Bring ID to activate; most plans include Canada-wide calling and generous data.
Find Wi-Fi details on your welcome card, test keys/fobs, locate laundry and waste rooms, and bookmark this Resident Portal for reference.
Walk through and note pre-existing wear. Share photos via the Support form within 48 hours to keep everything clear and documented.

Empty fridge, remove all garbage, tidy kitchen & bath, reset thermostat to 20 °C, turn off lights, lock doors, and return keys/fobs as instructed.
We review utility overages or damages (if any) transparently. You'll receive a summary by email once the suite is inspected.
Describe the issue and attach a photo/video if possible. Non-emergencies are typically handled within 24 hours.
Call 911 first. When safe, notify management with details so we can assist and document the event.
Fridge warm? Check door seal and temp dial. Breaker tripped? Locate electrical panel and reset. Still stuck? Submit a request and we'll help.
Place devices away from microwaves/metal, restart router if needed, and use 5 GHz for faster speeds. Contact us if speeds remain low.
New phone or email? Send us your updated info so we can reach you quickly if needed.
