Arc is eight furnished apartments in one building on Mount Pleasant Road, in Midtown Toronto. Hotel apartments, rented by the month: the ease of a hotel, with a front door, a kitchen and a lease of your own.
People stay here while relocating, working on a project, studying, between homes, during repairs at home, or to be near family and care at Sunnybrook. For a month, a few months, or longer.
Each apartment is furnished and equipped, from the linens to the kitchen, and ready on the day you arrive. Stay for one month or for many.
Around you is Midtown: Sherwood Park beside the building, Summerhill Market across the street, and Yonge & Eglinton close by. A quiet street, near everything. A place to call home.

Choose your dates
Enter your dates and the number of guests to see which apartments are free and the full rent for your stay. Stays are one month or longer, with extra days prorated, and you can search as far ahead as you like.
- Reserve
Request and sign
Request the apartment you like with a short form. We confirm within 24 hours, then send you the Ontario Residential Tenancy Agreement to sign electronically.
- Move in
Arrive and settle in
We arrange your arrival time with you, and your keys are handed over on move-in day, with the first month’s rent. The apartment is professionally cleaned and ready, with linens, dishes and Wi-Fi in place, and utilities included.

Built on a personal journey of design and curation, the furnishings throughout the apartments were gathered slowly over time. Select pieces were designed and crafted by hand, complemented by direct collaborations with local artists, makers, and craftsmen. Free from off-the-shelf staging or rigid mass production, key fixtures, tables, and objects carry stories of intentional making—creating a layered, authentic environment that continues to organically evolve over time.
The Apartments
Eight furnished apartments over three floors: a studio with its own entrance, six one-bedrooms, and a two-bedroom at the top of the building.
Each has its own character. One is furnished from Toronto’s Art Shoppe, one designed by Brooke Young of Earth + Humanity, one made for people who cook. All have a complete kitchen and heated floors, with heat, water, electricity and Wi-Fi included.

The largest apartment: a top-floor two-bedroom with two and a half bathrooms, radiant-heated Italian porcelain floors, custom furniture and plenty of natural light.

An apartment for people who cook: long counters, a large island and a breakfast bar in a second-floor one-bedroom with a queen bed.

Ready on the day you arrive
Every apartment is furnished and fully equipped: linens, dishes and cookware, a complete kitchen, heated porcelain floors, and laundry in the suite or the building. Heat, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
Rent by the month, for one month, several, or longer, with extra days prorated. Sherwood Park is beside the building, Summerhill Market across the street, and Line 5 Eglinton a ten-minute walk away.
