About Arc

Robert Prashad, nice to meet you!

I’m the developer and designer of Arc.

Why Arc

I built Arc to combine the ease of a hotel with the privacy of a home: eight furnished apartments, each designed around the way people actually live.

Materials

Natural light, clean lines and materials that last: heated porcelain floors, quartz counters and custom cabinetry.

Care

Whether you’re here for one month or many, every apartment gets the same attention, from the linens to the kitchen drawers.
